E-Commerce made products easy to find and buy. Yet, in 2022, post-corona, E-Commerce only accounts for about 20% of world-wide retail sales. In this presentation, we are going to zoom in on customer service, customer experience and the new paradigm of businesses and customers interacting: conversational customer experience.
