Job Responsibilities - Design and implement short and long-term strategic goals for managing and maintaining systems and software. - Deeply understand the architecture and infrastructure, across technical disciplines, for a product or part of the business. - Clearly articulate the enterprise-grade software reliability expectations of that product or part of the business. - Consult and guide members of cross functional development teams. - Ensure appropriate system development guidelines are in place and followed by all individuals contributing to the software development process. Knowledge and Experience - 10+ years of experience as a software engineer, software/system architect Experience coding in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript - Experience building, delivering, and maintaining services that comprise modern SaaS products - Experience with agile delivery workflows and modern software quality techniques like TDD, pair programming, etc. - Experience developing or contributing to development platforms or software frameworks Education
