Building an environmentally resilient Responsible Media framework

As Sanofi Consumer health care with our Sustainable Care Pledge and as guardians of personal health, we have a shared responsibility to create a healthier society and planet for all. Hence, we have built our broader sustainability strategy on two pillars - ‘Creating a Healthier Society’ & ‘Creating a healthier planet’. Taking this further to media, we took the opportunity to not only drive Sustainability in our media practice but also drive Responsibility. On Decarbonize Media we were one of the first advertiser to test live campaigns carbon measurement with industry first solutions partners such as SCOPE3, Good-Loop, CEDARA, Greenbids & Climate partner. There are some strong learnings to share with the audience. We designed our vision & parallel framework of ‘Responsible Media’ on the same two pillars of broader sustainability framework- ‘Creating a Healthier Society’ & ‘Creating a healthier planet’ through. This framework is not limited to Decarbonization but also about responsibility in media. Sustainability is a non-competing topic and the only way to win is through industry collaboration. Hence through DMEXCO platform we would like to share our journey with fellow advertisers, agency partners & tech partners to update & inspire them to be part of such an important topic which goes beyond company objectives.
