Key Responsibilities: -Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to generate new business opportunities (B2B sales) across the entire funnel. -Lead and mentor the sales team to prospect and conduct outbound sales to web2 and web3 companies. -Oversee a wide range of web3 specific sales channels: Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn. -Utilize and continuously improve our Hubspot CRM to optimize sales processes and increase revenue. -Attend and host web3 events, representing Ethermail as an industry leader. Generate sales presentations and marketing assets to support sales efforts. -Work in a diverse remote team, across different time zones, fostering collaboration and teamwork. -Develop and manage sales KPIs, monitoring performance, and making data-driven decisions. -Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales, Business Development, and IT teams to align sales efforts with the company's vision and goals. -Engage with founders and C-level executives of both web3 and web2 companies across all verticals and sizes, building strong relationships and partnerships.
