Project Manager in the CRM and Process Automation Environment (m/f/d)

Your tasks - Development of project strategies, including goals, success criteria, and detailed project plans - Structured planning, coordination, and monitoring of work packages, including milestones, dependencies, and resources - Compiling and managing interdisciplinary teams and clearly defining roles and responsibilities - Risk and quality management: early risk identification, compliance with standards, and continuous progress monitoring - Technical coordination: understanding technical decisions and their impact on time and budget - Central communication interface for internal teams, customers, and external partners, including status and steering meetings - Support for change management processes as well as planning and implementation of training and enablement measures Your profile The complexity of CRM projects requires both a good understanding of business processes and a minimum level of technical expertise in order to successfully mediate between different worlds. - At least 2 years of experience in project management, ideally in an agency or IT environment - Confident use of agile and classic project management methods - Basic understanding of CRM systems and comparable business applications & basic knowledge of HubSpot - Experience with project management tools (ideally Jira & Confluence) - Excellent communication and moderation skills - Strong organizational skills and structured approach to work - Ability to work under pressure and confident manner even in critical situations - Empathy and tact in dealing with different types of customers - Proactive work ethic and solution-oriented approach
