Because we are looking for exactly you as our new Sales Support Specialist. You will support the sales team, drive deals forward and work hand in hand with marketing to improve our sales strategy on a daily basis. You will be right in the middle of the action and make sure that everything runs smoothly. Your tasks - HubSpot: Selling HubSpot projects and supporting our customers with this top CRM tool. - Pre-sales processes: You design and optimize our pre-sales processes so that everything runs like clockwork. You will be responsible for product demonstrations in collaboration with internal teams. - Deal pipeline management: You keep an eye on our deal pipeline and ensure that no deal slips through the cracks. - Customer care: You maintain contact with our existing customers and build relationships. You will also develop customer loyalty programs and demand generation strategies. - Lead management: Together with the sales and marketing team, you will attract new leads and be responsible for capturing, qualifying and converting leads into SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) with an interest in buying. - Sales documents: You prepare convincing sales materials that support our team in the best possible way and create individual offers that our customers cannot refuse and prepare templates for them. - Project management: Taking on sales project management including coordinating deadlines and distributing tasks. Your profile - You already have experience in internal sales and love to optimize processes. - You have a talent for communication and enjoy working with people. - You are a team player and enjoy working closely with other departments. - You are proactive and tackle things independently.
