Your responsibilities
- In-depth analysis of business processes and identification of optimisation potential in the areas of marketing, sales and service
- Strategic consulting and development of individual CRM solutions based on HubSpot
- Creation of viable concepts for optimising CRM processes and documentation for their technical implementation
- Planning and implementation of targeted workshops:
Project kick-offs
Analysis workshops for marketing, sales and service
Strategy consulting
Presentation of demos and prototypes
Your profile
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a CRM consultancy or agency
- Sound technical understanding of CRM architectures and how they work
- Extensive knowledge of HubSpot
- Experience with other CRM, ERP or marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce, Pipedrive, Dynamics, ActiveCampaign) is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension and a structured approach to work
- Professional, empathetic manner and strong communication skills – including in workshops at decision-maker level
- Solution-oriented thinking and strong service mentality
- Enjoy dealing with ambiguities and actively identifying challenges
