Principal / Senior Backend Developer (m/f/d)

Your tasks - Architectural design and development of highly scalable CRM backend systems based on HubSpot - Technical leadership of a team of developers in the DACH region - Quality assurance and code reviews for business-critical applications - Close collaboration with customer project managers, consultants and product owners on the technical design of requirements - Mentoring and coaching of junior and mid-level developers Your profile - 10+ years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership role - Excellent knowledge of one or more backend technologies (Node.js, Python, etc.) - In-depth knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including their design and optimisation - Familiarity with cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure or GCP) - Comprehensive knowledge of CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics - Practical experience with microservices, container technologies and DevOps concepts - Experience in agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and CI/CD workflows - Sound understanding of IT security, interface architectures and system integration - Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset - Strong communication skills – even when dealing with complex technical topics - Proven track record in the technical management of development teams
