Your tasks - Take the lead and responsibility for the development, planning and implementation of customized CRM and marketing automation projects. - Specialize in HubSpot-supported processes and advise our customers comprehensively within the projects. - Create detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation and budgeting. - Monitor project progress, manage risks and identify deviations at an early stage - Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders involved. - Manage and motivate your project team to achieve optimal results. - Ensure quality assurance and customer satisfaction in all project phases - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for additional HubSpot services. Your profile - You have a degree in marketing, business administration, computer science or a comparable qualification. - You have experience in project management, ideally in CRM and/or marketing automation. - You may even already have experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms. You are familiar with agile project management methods such as Scrum or Kanban and you are ready to help shape our agile transformation. - You have excellent communication skills and can convey complex technical concepts in an understandable way. - You have excellent organizational skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
