Perfect, because as a Programmatic & Yield Manager with us, you will be responsible for the optimal monetization of ad inventory on the WEB.DE & GMX platforms, continuously improving quality and profitability. - You will strategically develop Programmatic Advertising (roadmap, portfolio, etc.), working closely with our Product, Sales, Tech, and Data Intelligence teams. - You will optimize the delivery of direct and programmatic demand through analytical tools, thereby enhancing our holistic yield setup. - You will explore and define relevant prices and conditions. - You will identify suitable partners in the advertising market (ad networks, SSP, DSP, DMP) and design cooperation solutions, implementing them operationally and analyzing KPIs. - You will build a network of clients and agencies, supporting our Sales team by providing consultation on the realization, evaluation, and optimization of programmatic advertising measures. Have you perhaps worked in a media agency or for a large online marketer? Do you already have experience in the commercial and technical execution of online advertising campaigns? Then we look forward to your application! - You are already familiar with the programmatic advertising ecosystem. - You have experience with leading adtech systems (e.g., Adition, Xandr, or Google) and with programmatic campaign/deal management, ideally including the relevant technologies. - You enjoy working with clients, present yourself confidently and professionally, and have strong negotiation skills in both German and English. - You work in a structured, results-oriented, and independent manner, and you love applying your analytical thinking skills.
