Mercury.ai / SAP Commerce Demo Integration

At DMEXCO 2024, we will be presenting an exciting and realistic conversational commerce demo in collaboration with our partner Mercury.ai, the leading conversational AI platform for high-performance AI chatbots and messaging solutions. Using a B2B scenario, we will demonstrate the integration of an AI chatbot from Mercury.ai with SAP Commerce and show how this combination can be used as an additional, highly personalized sales channel as well as for customer self-service and customer loyalty. In our demo, we will give a deep insight into the enormous potential of combining AI-supported conversational AI with a modern e-commerce platform. This enables the integration of product data and the use of personalized customer data to enable the chatbot to respond individually to customer needs. We are also able to realize cross-channel communication across different platforms, such as websites and messenger services, which makes the customer approach even more effective and consistent.
