Bridging GEO and ChatGPT Ads: the first real numbers from Europe, then the engineering: context hints trained on GEO data, feed-driven product ads, server-side conversions, and running Ads Manager from Codex

For two years, brands have worked on being mentioned and cited inside AI answers. Since late August 2026, European advertisers can also buy the placement directly under that answer: ChatGPT Ads is open for self-serve. The two are not separate channels. The organic answer sits directly above the ad, the same conversation triggers both, and the intelligence that wins one wins the other.

This masterclass bridges the two. It starts with the first real numbers from live ChatGPT Ads accounts: CTR, CPC and CPM per market and vertical for B2B and ecommerce advertisers, and the measurement gap between Ads Manager and analytics. We add the competitive view: which brands already advertise on which conversations, seen through AI visibility tracking tools and through PromptAds, our own European ChatGPT Ad Library.
