We are looking for a talented Social Media Executive/Junior Analyst to join our Client Services team in Berlin. You are a social native and already know what will be trending tomorrow on FYP and what will be discussed on Discord? You're a data nerd and know your way around social platforms and numbers, you're a curious creative and you're good with clients too? If you want to make a difference and are interested in the big picture of a global social media agency as well as working in a small, collaborative team, then we are looking for you to join our team in Berlin as a Social Media Executive with a focus on data analysis. Consistently developing innovative and creative ideas and solutions for client campaigns Building client relationships; listen and understand individual client requirements Supporting/assisting in client meetings Development of client and internal status reports. Conducting research, creating qualitative and quantitative analysis, and setting up dashboards Looking beyond the numbers: Interpreting the data and developing insights and recommendations. Involvement in campaign briefings and execution Developing a clear understanding of your clients' brand(s), category and customers Monitoring and understanding your clients' markets; be aware of market issues and competitive activity Assisting in creating project briefs; briefing in and working with members of the wider team to develop an idea, strategy or campaign tactic; presenting and selling that idea to the client
