How to make a connection request

How to make a connection request - step by step: 

1. Go to someone’s profile via the list of participants, speakers, or a company profile. 
2. Click on the person’s profile you would like to connect with. 
3. Enter a personal message to the text field and click on the button “Send connection request” .
