Companies should make diversity an integral part of their corporate strategies - but the reality is that they are still lagging far behind on this issue: Echoing discussions of the past 15 years show that only 60 percent of German marketers agreed that there should be a ban on gender stereotyping in advertising in Germany and only 50 percent believe that it is important to support gender fluidity through marketing campaigns.

In a fireside chat together with her colleague Jacqueline Routier (EMEA Marketing Lead at Facebook) and Dora Osinde (CCO at Granny), Constanze Osei will take a closer look at the status quo of diversity in the marketing industry and talk about the importance of making teams diverse.
