Psychology is integral part of User Experience (UX) Design. How do customers make their choices, how do they define what they really want, and what factors play a critical role in the purchase of a product. These are the challenges that store operators must face in order to achieve an increase in sales and be successful in the market.
This is where psychology comes into play. Knowledge of various psychological principles can help optimize the customer shopping experience and thus increase sales. What motivates people to buy certain products, and what keeps them from doing so? What does human memory have to do with the purchase decision and how influential is social validation?
These are the questions we would like to address in this talk.“
