Your tasks Project accounting: - Ensuring accurate and timely project accounting - Preparation and presentation of accounting reports for the Head of Professional Services Project controlling: - Monitoring and analyzing project costs and helping to shape resource planning - Developing and implementing key figures to monitor project progress - Contributing to sales forecasts Team assistance and management: - Supporting the Head of Professional Services in scheduling and preparing for and following up on internal meetings - Coordinating team communication and forwarding relevant information - Creating presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders Your profile - Sound understanding of business processes and a strong analytical mindset - Experience in project accounting or project controlling - Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex issues in a simple and understandable way - Solution-oriented thinking and an eye for process optimization - At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar function
