About the role: Vistar’s goal is to revolutionize the Digital Out Of Home (DOOH) advertising industry through technology. Media owners in the DOOH space sell ad space on the screens that they own and operate. Vistar’s Supply team is charged with making sure these media owners get the most out of Vistar’s supply-side products and services. As a Supply Account Manager, you will consult with Vistar's SSP partners to help them meet their programmatic revenue goals. What you'll do: Build strong relationships with day-to-day media owner contacts Conduct regular touchpoints with assigned accounts to understand their goals, plans, and needs Analyze media owner-specific and market-level data to understand trends and provide recommendations to improve your accounts’ revenue Provide support for customer inquiries regarding Vistar’s SSP, in addition to industry trends and best practices Identify opportunities to upsell SSP clients into Vistar’s SaaS products, and work with the Supply Sales team to complete the upsell Collaborate with the Vistar demand team (Sales and Client Services) to facilitate a strong marketplace where both buyers and sellers get the information they need Collect product feedback, and work with the product team to ensure our SSP continues to improve Collect feedback on our service, and work with the Director of Partnerships to make sure our service continues to impress our partners
