Your tasks Consulting in the sales area: - Optimization of the lead and deal management of our customers Consulting and implementation of sales tools such as snippets, templates and meeting links - Integration of external tools and technologies (e.g. Salesforce connector, subscription management, AI tools) - Creation of sales reports and performance analyses (forecasting, sales goals, analytics) - Automated approval processes: Setting up and managing automated approval processes - Data analysis: analyzing sales data to create well-founded reports and forecasts - Pipeline management: Understanding pipeline management and optimizing the sales process - Collaboration with marketing, inside sales and sales: ensuring smooth interaction and lifecycle management - Conducting training and presentations for sales teams Consulting service area: - Efficient design of ticket management and support processes - Consulting and implementation of service strategies that are aligned with business objectives - Implementation of service tools such as customer portals, surveys and chat flows Integration of external tools (e.g. Jira connector, FSM tool) - Development and maintenance of a knowledge database - Analyzing service quality and customer satisfaction through customer surveys - Understanding and managing KPIs and SLAs - Automation: Ability to configure workflows and email templates to optimize service processes Your profile - In-depth understanding and practical experience with HubSpot and/or CRM systems in general - Degree in marketing, IT, business or comparable qualification - At least 2 years of experience in consulting, ideally with a focus on HubSpot, sales or service - Ability to communicate complex issues in a simple and understandable way - Experience in building and maintaining knowledge databases and in creating and using customer surveys
