Help us build a secure and reliable IT infrastructure
As a (Senior) System Administrator (all genders), you will keep our IT infrastructure stable, secure and ready for the future. You will manage and maintain servers, networks and storage solutions across a mixed Windows and Linux environment. You will also ensure the availability of our core infrastructure, including Proxmox, Kubernetes and Ceph.
You will install and configure hardware and software, monitor system performance and security, and analyse and resolve technical issues. In addition, you will plan and deliver IT projects and take responsibility for implementing compliance requirements such as ISO 27001 and C5.
You have completed vocational training, a degree in IT or a comparable qualification and have several years of experience in system administration. You have solid knowledge of server administration, networking, IT security and virtualisation, as well as experience administering Windows and Linux systems. You are also familiar with Microsoft 365 and cloud services such as Azure in a hybrid environment. Excellent German and English skills are essential; experience in procurement and supplier management is an advantage.
